well, first you have to tell yourself, why you don' want to make out with some of these guys. Remember you don't have to do anything you are not forced to do. This is an optional but common thing in a teenager goes through. but if you aren't comfortable doing it yet, or with that one person, just don't do it. Tell him you're just not ready if thats the case, if he rushing or goes in for a kiss, you could turn it to your cheek and just hug them. i would like to help you a little more, but be more specific and tell us why you don't want to. You NEVER have to do anything your uncomfortabale doing or dont want to do! These boys are not decent boys. They just want to use you.
You just tell them flat out that you do not want to make out! Tell them that you dont go around doing that stuff with just any random boy. Only someday when your in a committed relationship..and only with a bf!

i agree with angelfire, i mean i have used alot of girls, and its a thing guys do, i guess... not to be mean but yeah... as i said before, you shouldnt be foreced to do anything you dont want to do.
