He died, how do i get over it?

I really loved him. and hes gone. so now what do I do? I feel like some one just tore my heart out of me. and I now I dont want to live. how do I get over it?

Yes, when someone we love passes it does feel terrible and we feel a big hole is our lives. This is normal, you will go through several stages of grieving. You get over it by letting yourself understand that life does end for some it ends too soon. We think about the good times we enjoyed with the person and we think about what that person would want us to do. They would want us to go on with our lives, miss them and then move on. You will never forget this person so remember the wonderful times and always remember what they would have wanted for you. If your sorrow continues for more then a few months seek out counselling and they will help you through all the stages.

sue90 is right trust me I lost my husband and daughters and that was over a year ago I hope that there is a friend or family member to be there for you unlike my self I have no other family and I go through every day alone because I just cry 24/7 and if you can talk about it with some one who knew him also it will get easier each day take it slow and dont try to make every one happy just do what you can and it will happen when you are ready
