No, because you do not know him well enough, and apparently since he is just looking for a hook up this is not a good idea, because m ost likely he probably cares nothing for you, and could be infected with an S.T.D. leave him alone, and keep it moving, also by sleeping with him you risk getting pregnant with his child.. and ALSO.. Are you going to sleep with every guy that is really hot ?

You act like your 13 years old, and cant figure out why some guy you dont even know is asking you for sex. He wants to USE you! It wouldnt matter if he was hot, or rich. Having sex on a whim with some horny guy you dont even know, to me would be classified as being easy! If you had any kind of self respect, you'd keep your shirt buttoned, tucked in, and your legs closed!
