All men are perverted, babe. You just need to find one that's 'romantically perverted'. A guy who's very, very shy would be your type, I'm guessing.

 
Maybe you are trying too hard. Stop looking so much and simply make yourself available to social situations where you have a chance of meeting new people. Church socials, community volunteer organizations, college clubs, etc. It is more difficult for YOU to find him because of your vision impairment, so you have to give HIM a chance to find you.

If it's meant to be, it will happen in due course. Just keep on being sociable and improving your education. Who knows, HE might end up being a fellow student in one of your classes.

you have to find someone that has a good personallaty like your's
