Don't know for sure, but the phone probably pulls the signal off the internet through the ATT site (or some such.) Only TV signals that are BROADCAST through the air and picked up by rabbit ear antennas need the special box.
So if you don't mind paying for the internet connection, there won't be a problem.

have you seen the new cellphone from ATT with tv but I dont know how the cellphone with tv will work because when they change the signal to digital I dont know if that phone will work but is new they put the ad on tv this month if anybody knows how if...
