have you ever had someone break into your house because one time somebody tried to break in my house but didn't make it and I think that person keeps getting in my house and taking things because everyday something new is missing.

no...but wow that must be scarey. That would REALLY freak me out. You should get a camera in your house or something so it catches them if they are breaking in and then show it to the police as evidence.

Seriously, get a security system installed, or ask your parents to, one that's motion activated.

Get a camera or hide somewhere where you can see them and they cant see you just to make sure. But DONT try to catch them then. Call police imediatly a=fter they leave

Practice never walking away from an unlocked door. People have come in through the front while homeowners are at the back. If things continue to 'go missing' perhaps you tend to hide things and unwittingly forget because you are busy with other things. Consider replacing the locks and use at least two to discourage lockpicks, but this is unlikely to be your problem since things missing I guess are not significantly valuable. An industrial slogan helps keep things in order 'everything in it's place'.

no I havent had that...but it sounds like this could be someone you know, or who knows you,...because its unlikely that a random stealer would constantly try ad break into the same house...it might even be a stalker...but id say its someone why know
