stop eating junk food, soda, etc. stop eating several hours before bed, eat healthy, exercise, drink lots of water, blah blah blah. we've all seen and answered this question a hundred times. THERE IS NO QUICK EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! it takes time and effort. stop eating so much, and you'll lose weight. good luck.
Why do you want to be skinny? It's dangerous to be too skinny. I know. I've been there. I weighed 90 lbs and I'm 5'8". I was going through Chemotherapy at the time. Now, with COPD and other illness, I weigh around 110. I have no muscle and can't get it back. I wish you could be happy the way you are. You look fine to me.
Is not about eating a lot is about eating the right stuff. Go run a mile or two three times a week and dont eat after 9pm. But dont hate your body, dont say that.
You look fine. Better than me. I think I'm the ugliest person in the world, but people tell me differently. When they tell me I look good, I'm happy for a little bit.
You look absoulutly fine, but if you want to lose weight, join a gym and eat low calorie. I lost 70 pounds by doing that, but I ate under 800 cals/day.

I've been on many diets..
I cant stay committed to them very well.
but it's more about just eating healthy and using portion control.
walking is good too.
but in essence, you have to WANT to lose weight to do it..bad or you wont stay committed..

I don't think your goal should be "Fast" because you might get disappointed when you see that losing weight doesn't go by night.
Take it step by step. Exercise reguarly and eat well. You'll see the pounds keep shedding.
