Henna hair products information.

I heard that henna treatments make your hair lovely and soft, and I was just searching around for stuff like that, and came across this.

If anyone has tried henna or knows anything about that product, will you please tell me how long the colour stays...

in for (I.e, does it fade? Or does it grow out?) and how it would take to already dyed dark brown hair?

I heard that henna is suppost to damage the hair, once you start to have treatments of it you cant stop or your hair will turn like straw

But I dont no if its fully true
