I live in houston tx. im turning 15 augest, 15, 09 and my mom cant drive bc she cant see out of her left eye. and when she did drive she got into a bad reck. and my dad goes to work at 5:00pm every morning and comes home around 7:00. and we are adopting...

2 boys from cps.and they are going to be going to 1st and 2nd grade. and im going to be a freshman in high school. and I was wondering I I could get my hardship at this age of 15?
and where can I drive to and how far and how long???
