well what I do is just eat just 2 meals aday like what ever you like to have either in the morning lunch but I can say I went threw the samething I wanted to lose wait so I stoped eating than people got worried so I ate like someting every now and than and yea but when you eat dont take large portions like for the morning meal eat something fast like a toster strudle or something or 2 pices of tost with SOME NoT a lot of sugar and always drink something threw out the day to keep up your energy like a sobe LIFE WATER or TAVA or gaterade its all good for you and PROPEL is good Sparkiling water is too all depends on what you like and well if you love potatos like I do dont eat a lot and not fast food if you are a fast food person and I will say if you stick with this eating it will help and you should go walking like every day for maybe 30mins and than you should be good or ride bike what ever you like to do I hope my words help you good luck!!!

ok I want to loose wait and every time I try I cant help but eat every time I get sad,or just not in a good mood (is there anyone that understands) do you have any sugestions
