Um, first of all, aren't you like 14? And if you have any doubt about doing any of those things, don't! Just tell him! If the hooking up is for real, you'll know whether you want to or not, and when it's right, you'll know. I hope you aren't being pressured into doing anything you don't want to do, because you seem very confused about all this. But if you really want to know what to do, because you said it's planned, just ask him. Different guys like different things, so you can just talk to him about what he wants.

If you seriously think your boyfriend will laugh at you and tell everyone; then you don't think very highly of your boyfriend, so why do it then? And when you ARE ready, asking for advice on how to perform won't help. The first time will ALWAYS be awkward.
