It's hard to tell you about techniques if I'm not proficient in shooting handguns myself but my husband shoots. Although his emphasis is on rifles, he visits a message board for all his questions regarding firearms and the people there are usually very helpful.
So I would direct you to
http://www.ar15.com/...
You can find someone there that's really knowledgeable.
hey it takes time and pratice I can shoot guns but I'm more into bows I'm 12th in the west and east coast nation. just take your time breathe steadily
try standing in a defensave posture;meaning if you are right handed place the left leg forword of the right leg making a smaller target for the utherperson with a fast side arm; any way if you are right handed rase the right shoulder high and firm, lower the left elbow to proteckt the tourso while having your side stance lower the head down close to the right sholder to lessin you as a target and to keep the eyes in shape with the controle end of the hole opperation; as always with atomatic,s stronger the wrist the beter any way whin you get toheating up the tube keep the fore arm stiff as possible let your bodey absorb the recoil .if the gun is a real kiker try to get in a steadey wroking motion with timed intervals beetwen shots try using both eyes especialley in a back alley.when you rock back foward after the last round soon as the mussle fals on the target you now what to do then. (a good gun smith will make a big diferance in the performanceof your piece) all the begener guners that I have nown to start out with cheep well broke in wepons got good and steped to a $$$ peace have ben amazing...let me no how it works

How to improve accuracy and speed shooting a handgun?
I'm a South Dakota CPP holder, and I would like to improve my skill with shooting autoloaders. (DA/SA, Beretta 90-two.) DeSantis speed scabbard.
As of right now, I preffer the modern isosclese and both thumbs forward, grip with left fingers, etc.
What techniques should I know, how can I improve my accuracy and speed, etc.? Is there something better than I'm doing now, and what else should I know?
Thanks!
