Should I give him a chance?

I have liked this boy for 3 years now, he talked about me to his friends but know he wants to talk to me!! He is a thug boy so, he talks to me in a thugish way because that is what he is use to doing. He smokes weed and drinks, he dropped out of school and he don't have a job.let me make it known that he is only 17. I am in love with him but I can't tell him because I don't like the way that he talks to me but I like it in a way. I am only 17, we all make mistakes at this age and learn from them!!! What sould I do, give him a chance or forget about it!!!

IF HE IS CUTE GO FOR IT AND IF HE ISN'T DONT GO WITH HIM JUST PUT HIM IN THE FRIENDS SECTION AND REALLY JUST DONT HURT HIS FEELINGS.
