Halloween decoration ideas?

I need some halloween decoration ideas, I have two boys, both of whom are old enough to help out with making the house look creepy for the neighborhood kids. What do you suggest?

So far, we have a skeleton's head in a case, and we have a mummy that pops out of the ground, but I think I'd like to do something hand crafted. They can help make ghosts, or cob webs, I think, and we're looking to make a family project out of it. Any ideas? Thanks!

PS - love what you've done with the site! It's been a year since I was here, but seriously, the new design (I'm guessing it's new?) looks awesome.
