Dear dday07,
THC can stay stored 3-40+ days depending on the amount smoked. Most will say they only smoke...(certain amount) and it is usually more. So if you smoke daily you may be looking at a lengthy time before the THC leaves the body. Flushing the body, vigorous exercises etc. will not eliminate the THC any quicker. What is sold over the counter is hype and does not work. If you are facing another test for a job the best advice would be to stop doing drugs totally.

hair test! aw man, that sux. that goes back a long time. if you wanna flush your system go to GNC and get your self a flusher. also to test if you have anything left in your system places like walgreens have at home drug testing kits for all different kinds of substances. also good to know for the future is that if you know ur gonna fail a drug test dont do it. your next employer will know that thats y you were let go. good luck!
