I straighten my hair quite a lot, it's thick, course, kinda damaged and gets frizzy after I shower. I don't blow dry my hair, I just let it air dry. What kind of deep conditioner would you recommend? And, for a heat protectant, should I get chi silk...

infusion or chi iron guard? never used those products before.

Over the counter deep conditioners can take a long time to work, if you want results fast I suggest getting a hot oil treatment. It will heal your hair and make it feel REALLY soft.happy

If you want to make it thinner without damaging it as much, try getting layers!! They actually thin out your hair a lot. Also, deep conditioning and leave-in conditioners. Hope this helps!!! happy
