Hair products

Asked by jdog8 2 months ago, 3 answers.

After I straighten my hair it usually doesnt stay straight that long. I was wondering if there was any good hair products out there that can help you hair stay straight and be less frizzy. And also something that protects it from heat.

Bedhead has very good products for keeping hair how you want it to stay.
As far as staying protected from the heat and toning down that frizziness try paul mitchell super skinny serum or matrix sleek looks serum, both are wonderful!

Proper conditioner.

Keep your hair away from moisture. (which means keep it up and off your neck/back when you're hot and sweaty)

I use tresemme curl hydration.

And this may be a moot point, but as a person with seriously curly hair who straightened it and fought with it for years - accept your hair. Make it healthy and find hairstyles you like with it curly. Once it is healthy (which happens much quicker once you stop straightening it) it won't be frizzy, the curls will be healthy, it won't be so damn hard to brush, and most hairstyles take less time than straightening your hair.
