I take a shower EVERYDAY with HOT HOT HOT water, you can actually see something like clouds at the cieling!! I hate cold water!! and I trim my hair every 6 weeks or 2-3 months, (my hair gets greesy if I stay one day without taking a shower) and it looks bad! it’s like I have oil all over my hair!!!

I qo too a catholiic skool and my friiends hair is all over her back blazer and evn minee I think itss normal maybee stress ?? orr itss really dryy?

Answer #3

You don’t need to cut it all off, but maybe trim it a little? Also hair sheds, some people go through periodic shedding, it’s a pain to find hair all over your house, but it happens. Can you actually see a difference, does it seem thinner or like there’s less hair? Because if it doesn’t then I really wouldnt worry about it.

‘pinkpearl’ I am eating well I’m only 13 (never even had sex!) well about the changes thingy, what kinda changes?!!! and it’s not something normal cause I said it’s ALL OVER my uniform!!!

Answer #5

hey um I guess you should take care of your diet and what you eat you should eat more healthy food don’t take a shower with hot water make it colder than warm in a bit but actually you have to see a doctor if its that bad so hope you get fine tc.

Answer #6

Also, sorry forgot to address this – doesn’t sound like you have a dandruff problem… your sunburn would have just caused your scalp to be flaky. Real dandruff is actually a fungus problem that gets fixed with antifungal shampoos like Nizoral.

Answer #7

Some common reasons for sudden hair loss –

– change of diet, are you not eating well? Check iron deficiency in particular. – pregnancy or new baby? I lost a lot of hair when my baby was 3 months old. – stress - lots of big changes in your life?

Don’t worry too much though unless your scalp is starting to show through. We do lose more hair in the cold months sometimes.

Answer #8

well get some of that shampoo and somthing else that what helps my hair it is in a blue bottle

Answer #9

Lay off the hot showers. Use warm water. Depending on where you live and the weather, people usually shed when it starts to get warmer.

Watch your diet and drink plenty of water. Use a good shampoo and conditioner and stay away from curling irons and such until it eases up some.

Answer #10

I’ve heard that very hot water or very cold water stimulates the oil glands more. Don’t know if it’s true or not.

Answer #11

Hey, Try to use Reloxe vitamins. I used when i experienced hair loss. It’s really quite effective. hope that helps!
