no I would suggest you put a treatment in it and waite about a month or two then dye it back. Or else you will start to see breakage

If you condition your hair really good then it should be safe to re-dye it in a few weeks.
if you still have the box or the bottle from which the rinse came from, there should be a number on there that you can call with any questions. You could call that number and ask them how long they advise you to wait before putting in a new color. I have messed up color on my hair before and recolored it the next day, but I used the same product..just a different shade. I was fine, but I wouldnt recommend taking the chance though, because having all of your hair fall out...doesnt seem like a good time.
