Hair , like curly messy look . . . ?

In this pic you see the girls hair is kinda messy/curly .
How in the WORLD do people get it like that .
I think its cute , but I don't know how to do it .
Please help .

once your done w/ your shower brush it and then swish your fingers through it until you get what you want and then hair spray it! I know, I have freakin natural curly hair!

I have naturally curly hair but anyways... I tried dis out and this kindda worked for me
if you have real fine hair then try twirling it and scrunching it when you apply conditioner after shampooing your hair... keep the conditioner on for 10 mins before washing it off... then after you wasj off the conditioner do not comb your hair... work on some product along the lengths of your hair and twirl it again... once it dries it should give you defined curls with that messy look...
but see to it that you dont mess with your hair and comb it after its set

Ok...first off...wash your hair and condition it...then blow dry it out and get all the tangles out...you want it mostly straight...and dry.

afterwards get a curling iron and LOOSELY curl it, then brush it out just enough to loosen the curl itself...spray it with a flexible hair spray and there you go...

if that doesn't work, then get a styling gum and brush it into your hair and use a curling iron on it...I had my hair like this a few times before and I used the first method...if this doesn't work, message me, I used to style hair for a lot of people and had pretty good results...

To get your hair like that, You need an hydratating shampoo and conditioner a good one Redkens is very good wash your hair twice with shampoo and apply conditioner starting at the ends leave in the conditioner on with a plastic cap and if you have a big hair dryer sit in there for about 15 mins other wise leave it for 20 min wash off the conditioner really good until your hair feel crunchy, towel dry your hair, and divide your hair in seccions, blow dry a small seccion and before you let it go aplly a small amount of hair spray to the ends, with two fingers roll the hair when is still hot to the position you will like the wave to go and use a small clip to hold the hair always on the inside. do that to the back part and tho the front try to do it a bit biger. Other than that you can just blow dry, use a flat iron and wave it the same way when done apply hair spray before taking of your clips. Good luck

Wet hair
Put some curling shampoo in your hair
Then put some some curlers(small ones)
Next dont take them out for about 12 hours so do this after you take a shower
Then style the way you want - to get the messy look just take your hands and style
add some hair spray and you should be good
