Not that I know of, if you eat a healthy diet, it might help to give you body the nutrients it needs potentially make your hair grow faster, but I've never heard of a proven method that will increase the speed at which hair grows.

Trimming your hair every 6-8 weeks is the easiest way to make your hair grow faster. It might seem weird to cut your hair to make it grow faster, but getting the dead and split ends off, makes the growing process go extremely fast. Believe it or not, it's totally true happy

i used to oil my hair everyday before i go to bed and wash it early in th emorning and it raelly does ork within 2 1/2 weeks my hair had grown at least an inch, okl that you can use are like jhonons baby oil or for more effective oils there i this one called 'Ambla' or 'Amala' it' one of those spellings.

I cut off all of my hair and I used Pantene. Believe me it really works!

Hey...i have pretty much have my own secret to grow hair..boil 5 carrots..after 5 minutes i grinder until it become 100 juice and i let it rest a little bit and than i put henaa ( indian plants) in it....apply in your hair 3 times a week....within a month your hair will up to 2 inches
