You won't regret spending the money for a stylist to do it. Doing it yourself is hard and the potential to mess it up and need a stylist to fix it is great. Best of luck either way you go.

With such a dark haircolor now on your hair, you need to wait a couple of weeks to have the highlihts put in, as the hair to be highlighted will have to stripped completely of color and then the blonge put on the hightlights. Have a professional do it - otherwise, you could end up with orange hightlights, or worse, the hair to hightlight broken off!!!

get garnier haircolour and colour it a light brown , then get the garnier multilights and streak your hair blonde. It is very easy to do, just brush it works beautifully. I do it myself. It is so easy. you have to streak your hair within 15 days of the colour. You can even buy it at the same time you buy your colour.
