im sure getting it done proffessionally would be better all around.
you could tell them you want minimal damage, and they'll know what to use.
and they can probably recomend something like a shampoo for after.
I've died my hair twice, & had it stratened, so um my hair iz still healthy, but all hair iz diffeent...
I wanted to get my hair died and stratened at da same time, but my hair dresser 'Glenna' said it would fry my hair...
My advice NEVER do ANYTHING w/ your hair with out asking your hair dresser...
Make your hair damp, put a deep conditioner in it and leave it in for a half hour.
wash is out and style.
then wait until the next day to dye it (dont wash it anytime between) your hair will need to get a bit oily to hol dthe color better.

So I want to dye my hair a dark brown color but I have dyed my hair sevral times before so its slightly damaged and I really dont want to cause more damage.
Is there a brand that will have minimal damage?
any shampoos that will help?
does getting it done professionally cause less damage?
I really want my hair to be silky.
