How do I convince my mother on to dying my hair black ?
...I tried once she said no
I asked her give me a good reason
She said oh well its goth, then you'll be asking for piercing next huh?
I told her im not in that phase ,and no why would I...

tell her you want to express yourself and if you cant dye your hair, you will express yourselfs in other ways.

A good reason is that your only dying your hair,not doing drug or asking for a gender reassignment! You simply want to express yourself using a simple ahir dying process.Make it sound soo innocent lol

Dyed black hair rarely looks good. I wouldn't mess with your hair, you'll make yourself look stupid and unnatural.

But if you really want to, just do it yourself when she's not in. You'll regret it but you have to learn somehow.

Dyed black hair usually looks harsh and unnatural on people who weren't born with it...Why? Because even people with what appears to be coal black hair, don't really have black hair...individual hairs are slightly different in color.

you can always die it with henna it will change back to your natural color eventuality if you get sick of the color. but if you like it you can die it permanently later when your mom approves

Just do it. Once you dye your hair black, it is permanent. What is she going to do? Cut all your hair off? Try once more to persuade her in a mature way. Tell her that compared to most teens who want peircings, tatoos, other bad things...all you want is to change your style. You really need to be more persuasive.
If you think that she is a mom that gets a kick out of saying no to her daughter, then just dye your hair. It is wrong that she is holding this over your head.
