Hair color advice

My hair was brown in december blonde in january and then brown again in february.

I can't decide on the right cut or color.

Which shades would compliment my skin tone. I tend to blush very easily and if I get embarrassed it gets extremely red so I am unsure about many colors.

I think that people with platinum blonde hair (and look good with it) look the best so I was thinking maybe that color but I am scared of almost white hair and my face.

I just ordered some manic panic virgin snow because I am going to bleach a test strip and tone it with the manic panic

I also like black hair but I am naturally a seven - dirty ash blonde.
I like the edgier modern style but nothing that makes me look like an angry teen.

What would be a good cut and color for my hair, skintone, and style?

I have not had time to take care of myself until recently and I'm about to go all out on a makeover so any advice: hair, makeup, style, clothes,do it up. The pics are how I looked about once every few months.

I think red would be perfect on you, but a darker red, and it would look good straight , and long, with sideswept bangs
