Hair color!

Well, I wanted to dye my hair lighter for a new look. I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and tan skin. Yeah its all pretty much brown v_v. I was thinking maybe a lighter shade of brown? or colored highlights... Any ideas?

It's hard to get brighter hair...even to get highlights. I know because I have dark brown hair, it was hard getting even blonde highlights in, so I would check with a well enough professional. Not something to do yourself...just my advice on that subject.

Oh yeah! I would never plan to do it myself, especially as a new timer but thanks for the tip! =]

ok I had dark brown hair and I started to get highlights
you should get them bc after awhile they lighten up your hair
thats what happened to my hair
I started with highlghts first and after I got tired of that I started dying my hair
but if you highlight then make sure whoever does it they dont use dye with bad bleach
you dont want to bleach your hair

Yeah, I hate the thought of bleaching my hair, I can't imagine if they even effed up. >_< But hopefully the highlights will start to lighten it up! Thanks =]
