Hair?

I've tried everything, but I can't seem to get my hair to scrunch (wavey look). It looks cute, and I'd love to try it for school, but it never works. Advice?

you take a hole bunch of jell and put it in your hands rub it a little so it will be on both hand, flip your head down and take a little bit of hair at a time start from the bottom up and scrunch

wash your hair then brush it..then you squirt some gel in your hand and bend down and just scrunch your hair a whole bunch. Then you can blow dry it or let it air dry and it should be curly but dont brush it cause that will make it back straight! Use Hair spray when you get it the way you want it and it should stay like that all day!

I don't meen to sound contradictive here,
but have you tried using mousse to scrunch it.

It's what all me and my mates do and it works for us=)

For my hair.. I just wet it. let it air dry get some moose gel together. Mix them together it makes like a weird type of gel like thing. just crunch your hair. Then blow dry it while crunching it. (:
