Keep it as healthy as possible...
Trim every two months to avoid split ends
Condition it
Dont overdo it on the dyes

yah I agree w/ stillremains. try it. I have it and my hair has grown like 3 inches or so.

eat lots of protein in your diet, and DON'T take supplements. Unless of course, you really need them...just overall a better diet, exercise, and only take showers every-other day.
