how can I make my hair look good without cutting it?

why not spike it up with gel? or pull it over to one side?
or put a wash through tone or colouring through it. if you get a non or semi-permanant then if you dont like it ur not stuck with it til it grows out!

Maybe try something different with it, just use some gel or somethign spike it and try somethinf different, and just dont be afraid to experiment with it til you find it how yuo really like it.
