Hai near eyes

well I got fine hairs growing from my cheek just to underneath my eyes, you have to come very close to realize them but they are there, and obliviously I don't want to shave or wax them, because it will come back more and ill look terrible, my dad says...

they will eventually fall out but I want to get some second opinions any ideas?

I would get them waxed and just keep plucking, they dont grow back as fast as you would think
