How can I avoid getting theH1N1 flu?

ok first off not to be calling your friend a liar but on tv and other news they are not giving out a test for n1-h1 they just diagnose if they think they have it. your friend could also have just a normal flu. not very many people die from n1-h1 in the us anyways because our bodies create certain blood cells that stay in our body throughout our life time. This causes us to be amune to diseases. this is like chicken pox. it only is seen once. the flu can be seen many times in your life but its less an less worse every time.

I have no symptoms or anything.. but I guess I’m just paranoid. she only started feeling sick last Friday, and was diagnosed on Sunday.

wash your hands often use hand sanitizer don’t touch your face a lot.

try to avoid sharing personal items wit her… and make sure she wears like one of those face mask… (not the one used for face care, well, you understand right? lol) oh, maintain a clean hygiene… is your fren quarantined anywhere or does she goes to school like normal?

she’s at home for the week, so I won’t see her. but I’m afraid I might have caught the virus before she left school.
