Is not really about the machines. The best thing is to concentrate on the biggest muscles of your body and what kind of machines will work the most muscles at the same time. Also concentrate on the biggest muscles. Like if you are doing a chest machine it will also work your arms. Then from there move to a back machine.
Next day work your legs by doing Squats at the squat machine and leg press.
Just concentrate on the biggest muscles of your body and what machine will get the most amount of muscles working at the same time.
Make sure to first warm up for about 10 minutes on the elliptical or the treadmill.
and finish your workout by cooling down on the elliptical or the treadmill
Don't worry, you will not get all muscular and manly by doing weights, you will just get hot looking. Only women who do professional bodybuilding and take hormones get manly looking.
Also watch your diet. Eat six meals a day. Like breakfast, snack, Lunch, Snack, dinner, snack and then bedtime snack. All healthy meals with emphasis on Protein.
