Are these comments compliments or insults?

im 15 and for the past years guys that I know and random guys have said stuff like dam and other stuff like that to me. and a lot of these guys tell me they think im 17-23. I get these comments from guys about 8 times a day should I take this as a compliment???

Well, these guys dont mean it in a bad way. To them, whatever it is they're commenting on, they like. But to me, it's disrespectful and I do not consider that a compliment. They feel like they can comment on your body like you are an object. Girls with low self-esteem often do like these kind of comments though. So you can take it as a compliment if you want, but I wouldnt encourage it if I were you. I ignore comments like that, dont smile at them, and keep walking bc rude behavior deserves the same.
