Why do guys lie about stupid stuff?

ok I know some* guys lie about stupid stuff sometimes but do you guys ever lie about sex.?
like when you tell a girl she was good in bed...do you mean it or just say it so you can do it again?

I tell my wife she's great in bed for both of the reasons you mention...yes I really mean it, and yes I want to do it again.

Ok, Ok...I NEVER lie about sex...I am very open and would always talk about things if something wasn't right...being open honest is very important as it could cause problems over time.
