Why did he look sickened when i asked him to go steady?

I asked this one guy out througha note (I know it very elementayl school) but he said no bc he has a girlfriend. but before then he would tell me he misses me because he moved pods, and also earlier that day he visited me during my passing period and...

walked me half way to my next class before he went back to his lunch. then during my luch he visted me again. then after school he was bumping my hips and all flirty and stuff. but when I asked him if he wanted to go steady he kinda got a sickened face. ( im not sure if it was from the fact that I was giving a not instead of asking him or if he thinks im ugly)

he deff likes you so he dont think your ugly instead of sending him a note ask him face to face if he says no thats his lost not your hes missing out on somethin great but first find out if he has a girlfriend like ask his friends or something hope this helps
