Why is cheating different for guys than girls?

Why is it that when a guy cheats on a girl there guy friends are like yeah man and like congradulating there behavoir but when there girl cheats on him everybody is like she is a hoe and blah blah blah? I dont understand that, can somebody help me with...

I wish I knew...It's probably becuase people believe guys are more into sex and things like that so people think you should expect it...
but people think girls hate that kinda stuff so when they do cheat they're considered a hoe for not sticking to what people think is normal behaviour for a girl.

thats true...never thought of that before though...I guess princexx right.. I mean, we guys are always competing so its kinda like you got more girls, you are better... while people think girls tend to be nicer and stick to the nice behavior kind of way...

People befriend others that are like themselves so if a guy cheats his friends are also likely to cheat. Therefore they encourage the behavior but only for a guy and if a girl those it well their egos are too big and in order to make themselves feel better they call women names.

It's an age old double standard... Women are supposed to be chaste and pure, while men go out and get laid. Now of course they can only get laid with wh*res, because good women dont sleep around. Men were and in many ways are still the dominant sex which means they make rules they like. It sucks, but that's just life.
