Guy staring at me?

What does it mean if a guy looks at you then you look at him and he still keeps looking and doesn't take his eyes off of me even after I caught him looking at me?

It means he is definitely interested in you but the way he keeps staring seems a little bit creepy to me. Do you know anything about him? Is he just shy maybe and hoping you'll go talk to him? I'd ask around.

well if it wasnt because he kept staring at you I would say he likes you but since he KEEPS staring at you hes either trying to make you paranoid or just plain out crazy
