Why won't he just ask me out already?

Well here's the situation: a guy in my school likes me and I like him. We both know we like each other. But he won't ask me out. He always flirts with me and tells our mutual friend he likes me so why wont he ask me out already? It's been months. And I am not going to ask him out because I want a guy who knows what he wants and goes for it.

If you really want to date this guy then you ask him. Perhaps he's waiting for a gal who is strong and knows what she wants :-) You may be in a stalemate here both waiting for the other to make the move. Boys are sometimes shyer than females so it could be all that's holding him back. But how would you know unless you ask right? Always be prepared for a rejection...practice what you would say if he isn't into dating you just yet. Sometimes this is what holds us back from asking someone out but we all will get rejections at one time or another so just prepare for them knowing that you're ready to take no for an answer can give you the courage to ask.

I feel your fustration I'm in the exact same problem right now I don't know whether to wait or just ask the guy out it's been months, try to take up the courage and ask him 'do you like me or not because if you do, just ask me out I won't say no' boys like it when a girl is straight forward and know what she wants. Or if you can't do that, get 1 of your friends to ask him or ask him yourself, if you know he likes you then it'll be easy. And if he says know its not the end of the world there are plenty of boom looking boys out there. Think of it as this when we want to ask boys out we're always afraid of rejection, but they ask us out all the time and they get rejected all the time so imagine how they feel... good luck!
