Guy advice?

Well obviously I really like this guy.
And I'm starting to fall for him hard, he know's I like him and, I think he likes me,
But I really don't know, he says I love you and stuff.
But I just really don't know how to go after him and keep him.
You see he likes this girl, but I don't want to ruin our friend ship with another friend cause this is her brother. So we were talking on the phone for 10+ hours last night and tbh I couldn't get enough of it.
Tonight were going for 12+
But I want this phone call to get a lot better.
Any suggestions.

why not ask him out somewhere, you cant stay on the phone forever, am I right? if you believe it will make you happy then go for it, I guarantee under 10% of paranoias come true, this one probably wont, and if it does, I would be happy to have you come kill me for it. im quite confident that if you get off of the phone with him for a while and hang out with him you'll find something to do(not meant in a dirty sense either).
