I play guitar hero 3 PS2 version and I'm not sure if that's the version you're playing but I'll give you the cheats I have for it so far:

Air Guitar:

Hyperspeed:

Performance:

Precision:

Unlock All Songs:

Never Fail (note, you can't use this in career mode though):
