Yeah I still like them but I'm not crazy over them. However, I don't really go crazy over any bands other than Linkin Park, Nickelback and maybe Good Charlotte.

I grew up in the Bay Area and saw Green Day before they even had a record deal. Then later I bought Kerplunk at on of there shows.

Most bands are more enjoyable BEFORE they gain nation-wide recognition. Then, usually, they lose some creative freedom, and get stuck in a format that sells records. So they end up just sounding redundant (e.g. Linkin Park, Nickelback, Sum41, Blink182, Avril Lavigne, blah, blah, blah, blah...)

OMG!!! I LOVE GREEN DAY!!!!! Theyre class.
Billie Joe Armstrong is such a great lyricist! I have all nine of their studio albums and bullet in a bible.
My room is covered with Them too!
I Love pop/punk, Rock, Punk and Indie Because theyre happy songs and music and can make you happy by just being on in the background.
And another thing, BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG = GENIOUS!
