Is there any other way to get the girlfriends without having to do the missions? By the way this is for the PC game.

There is no way that you can buy a PC game (San Andreas) that has been completed, from a shop. You can try to look for a used one on eBay. good luck

I got a no cd crack thing from a friend of mine that lets me play it on the computer.
