Grade 8 graduation outfit!!

What's a good cheap place to get a really pretty grad dress...and I can't find hot shoes that go with wide feet :'( HELP!!!

...I know it's early, but I wanna have a good idea where to go... Thanks 3

Ross. My sister bought a very pretty dress from Ross, and it was cheap. As for shoes, I have no idea.

I agree, Ross is definitely a great place for everything, I mean they have dresses casual and formal, they have shoes from high fashion heels to simple classy flats. Ross is the way to go ut if you feel that Ross isnt for you than I'm not sure...
