It takes the same amount of time to send fun mail, or use the contact link, and I read all the email we get (even though I don't reply to all of it, Dara does a lot).
And, we do a LOT about user requests...pointless wining, though, has no place here. I tell my 8 6 year old kids not to whine, I don't give in when they do...so, when our site's minimum age is 13 years old, I'm NOT about to let adults or people old enough to know better, do the same that I wouldn't allow my kids to do.

Answer this Question: "Got a complaint?"

but I think this should really work..hopefully (:

Got a complaint?
This is how we would *like* you to complain, if you have a gripe about our website. There is contact us link. AND there is a list of paid staff on our about page...you know, the people like me who are accountable for what they do here (because they're...
getting a check) and they aren't just volunteers...as much as we LOVE people who have signed up to be an advisor, they don't make the rules, they're here because they are nice enough to donate their time to help make FunAdvice what it is today. I can't thank them enough for that.
If you *do* have a gripe...please use the appropriate channel. Pointless whining, complaining, moaning will be removed.
What the FunAdvice Community section is really for: feature requests, learning how to use the site, asking how it *does* work, getting assistance with a technical issue...those all make sense. Do I air my dirty laundry in public? Nope
And, we're not going to let the community do it, either.
Please let me know, here now, if you think this is somehow unfair...and, we'll try to figure out another way to get it done. Deal?
