Google hates me. why won't my computer let me use it?

my computer is haveing problems with google and any other search engine...its refusing to let me search anything on them. I've tried shutting down my computer and troubleshooting but nothing is working. help!

that's happening to me too! I don't know what to do either. the only search engine that works for me is blackle.com.

Everyone should use blackle.com its awesome and good for the environment. did you know two google searches produces enough energy to boil a pot of water?

Check your HOSTS file. It might be blocking Google and similar search engines. Spyware, and other malware do this kind of changes to your system so you are prevented from finding a solution to your computer infection. If you do not have an antivirus and several antispyware, I would suggest the following (install them all) - these are all free:

1. AVG Antivirus
2. SpywareBlaster
3. Spybot Search and Destroy
4. MalwareBytes AntiMalware
5. CCleaner

As soon as you install them, UPDATE them first before you scan your computer. SpywareBlaster has no capabilities to scan your PC - what it does is it just immunize your system from some (not all) possible infectors that you can get by casual browsing or installing certain questionable programs. CCleaner is used to clean your system. Also, use this free online scanner to scan and clean your system:
