Good workout advice

I'm about to turn 17 and I really dont like my body...its too skinny but I'm pretty ripped because I worked out when I was 14. I only wiegh 120 and wanna gain more lbs muscle. I'm a soccer player so I dont wanna be that heavy. Can anybody give me some...

good workout advice so I can take my shirt off confidently by da summer ?? =]]

well maybe try eating a little bit more
but healthy
then just keep on working up muscle
my brother used to be the same way
but then he just gained muscle by keeping to a workout plan
and still eating good
he played soccer too

why do you want to gain weight
I weight the same as you and I hate how I look
I want to be skinnier and yeah...you should want to be skinnier instead of fatter

If you're a guy, yeah you should be gaining some weight that's pretty light unless you're like 4 foot tall.

alright the best way to do what you want you need to spend some money though. there is a protien shake called mega whey by GNC its one of the best out there but to keep from getting fat you need to workout as you use this. trust me im a personal trainer I use it and most of my clients use it but for it to work at its best you need to workout on a regular basis. its not the cheapest but it actually works a lot of the whey protien drinks on the market today will just get you fat but this will build you up the way you want so you should give it a try.

dude what you wanna do is eat more meat. lots of protein and its a good healthy way. if you have 4 meals a day cut it to 3. but eat more at dinner. one extra plate. it will give you some meat on your bones boy. and dont forget milk. good for bigger bones and stronger ones. I know that sounds doctorish but I am a competitive food eater. I can eat 10-12 lbs in a meal. if questions ask me personally
