you should do weights if you arent short or very young because they can stud your growth.
sit ups!! and push ups!! if you cant do full push ups, do modified!
wall jumps, stepping, running.
c'mon! you know how to exercise! all you need is equipment and space!

What are good toning exercies?
I'm looking for good exercises etc to tone up stomach and thighs and also to gain a little more muscle in my arms.
does any1 know of any good exercises that u can do in the home or sports etc that are good for thighs, arms and stomach?
i dont want to...
join a gym, i would prefer to do it my own way, dont know if things like bike riding are any good?
any suggestions?
