It's true that eating smaller portions more often is healthier. But the types of foods you eat matters too. Try making a list of healthy snack foods that you like. Then, combine them to make small meals. Ex. strawberries+bananas+raisins=fruit salad (yuuummy
Here are some healthy, small meal/snacks that I like:
1. two eggs, two pieces of toast, and some cucumbers or baby carrots
2. a banana or apple, sliced up and dipped in peanut butter (sounds gross but is really good if you've never tried it)
3. cereal
Also, make sure you eat a little bit of all the food groups, and change it up so you don't get bored!
