Going to the bathroom(whats normal) ?

I recently started eating fiber one cerels and other fiber products, I've eaten at least 30 grams each day for about 2 weeks now. And I now go to the bathroom everyday twice sometimes three times a day. Is this normal? Before I only went about once every...

uuuh...well going 2 the bathroom at least 3 times a day is normal..but going 2 the bathroom one every other week? thats just not right

Looks like you got better. Once a day is typical, 2-3 times a day is healthiest, less often than once a day is a problem.
