Going to bed...

Okay so school starts in about 2 days. :'(
I have to wake up at 6:00 everyday. that is going to be hard, especially having to fall asleep early. Since it's summer, I've been going to bed around 12 or 1 issh. waking up whenever I please.
Does...

anyone know anything or any tips that I should do beforoe bed to help me get tired? oro drowsy? also, I don't fall asleep easily. Especially with lots on my mind, not to mention starting highschool . :\
So if anyone had any tips to ohelp me fall asleep, thankyou happy

I have the same problems at night 2. I'd lay in bed 4 1 hour and still can't go to sleep.

When it's day time get active and tire yourself out. that'll probly work. Other than that If your not tired your not tired.
Make sure there's no lights on, not even the slightest light. and maybe eat a big meal before you go 2 bed.
